Client: Naval Museum of Madrid
La Historia Desde el Mar are student books focused on temporary exhibitions, the first one has its context from ‘El Último Viaje de la Fragata Mercedes’ exhibition, covering the Spanish XVIII Century. These books are included in the educational programmes of the museum. They have a harder cover that is a folder where the book is stapled inside, in the inside of the cover it has two folders, one at each side of the cover, that holds worksheets for the students and the teachers. As it was aimed at young students I wanted a fresh, colourful and modern design so they would want to open the book and look into it. I created the whole design and layout.
